Ipad & Mac License

I just bought the iPad app and was wondering if I have to buy it again to use it on my Mac.

YES. You have to purchase it a second time to use on a seperate device.
This is a complete waste of money. I purchased this app on my mac, because my Ipad was not with me at the time. When I picked up my Ipad I realized that I could not download the app from the appstore. And that I had to purchase a SECOND license for this. I would have never purchased the license on my mac if I would have known this. I have already contacted them for a refund if possible since I will only be using this app on my Ipad.
